📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Please note that individual order updates are not sent automatically — if you’d like an update, feel free to reach out anytime. You’ll receive another email notification once your order has shipped.

We do our best to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. However, please understand that delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.
🔍 How to Check Your Order Status
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to appear.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days after your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@mae-liv.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address and email before placing your order.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
